End User Licensing Agreement
Last updated October 2026
This End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“you”) and CoreMCR (“we”, “us”) for the CoreMCR software, including all components, updates and documentation (the “Software”). By installing or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. Licence grant
Subject to this Agreement and your payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on the number of computers (“seats”) included with your licence key, for your own or your organisation's live production, streaming and recording.
2. Editions and keys
Features and limits depend on your edition (Demo, Standard, Pro or Max) and are controlled by a licence key. Demo use is for evaluation only. You are responsible for keeping your licence key confidential. We may deactivate keys that are shared, resold or used beyond their seat allowance.
3. Restrictions
- You may not resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Software or licence keys without our written permission.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to defeat the Software's licensing or feature controls, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
- You may not use the Software to produce, stream or record content you do not have the rights to, or for any unlawful purpose.
4. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Software. Third-party components are provided under their own licences — see our third-party licences page.
5. Updates
Perpetual licences include a period of free updates as described at purchase; you may keep using the version you bought after that period ends. We may provide updates, but are not obliged to maintain any particular feature.
Annual subscriptions
Annual licences renew automatically each year at the then-current price until cancelled. Each paid renewal issues an updated licence key. If a subscription is cancelled or not renewed, the key expires at the end of the paid period plus a short grace period and the Software falls back to Demo capabilities.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is fit for a particular live event.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Software, including any interruption to a live production. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.
8. Termination
This Agreement ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and remove the Software. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
